The law provides that the court may order an airline, which knowingly acted contrary to the statutory provisions, to pay damages of up to NIS 10,000. Justice Ayelet Dagan) concerning the duty of a travel agent and supplier of vacation packages to special-needs passengers (handicapped in wheelchairs). It was held that in the specific case of a passenger with mobility difficulties, the supplier has a "minimum duty of care to verify (even by phone) that the hotel is geared to accommodate the plaintiff with her specific handicap and that all the facilities needed function. This duty is easy to carry out and no unreasonable costs are involved. The Entrance into Israel Law was updated, according to The Entrance into Israel Law (amendment No.13), 2004. The amended law enables granting of a "Foreign Employee" entry permit for a period exceeding 5 years (in special cases), for terms of one year at a time; and enables granting an entry permit to a "Foreign Employee" occupied in nursing for unlimited periods of one year at a time, exceeding the initial 5 years term (under several conditions) (Entry into Israel).

The Court refused to grant an interim Injunction to prevent operating a web site for hotel reservations, ruling that: "...In the Internet era, symbolizing openness and ability of any human being to surf to any site and get what he desires, all over the globe, that turned to a "global village",  injunctions in this field should be limited". Added a few Judgments on the liability of the actual passenger for payment for travel services that were reserved for him by a third party,  among them Judgment of the Magistrates Court in Kiryat Gat from 1999 in the matter of a company that made a reservation for its employees. The travel agency that made the reservation, was fined by the airline for the passengers refusal to board the plane. The travel agency sued the company for indemnification and lost the case (miscellaneous).
